HOW LONG DOES A RENEGADE TAKE TO BUILD?

Every Renegade is built from scratch by a single builder, not a production line.Typical lead time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity and current demand.Once your order is confirmed, we’ll give you a realistic build window and keep you updated as your system comes to life.

ARE WATERCOOLED PCS SAFE AND RELIABLE?

Short answer, yes, when they’re built properly.

We pressure test every loop, run extended thermal testing, and only use proven components.

Custom watercooling actually allows for lower temperatures, quieter operation, and better long term performance when done right.

This isn’t our first rodeo.

HOW DO YOU SHIP A WATERCOOLED PC?

Very carefully… and very securely.

Your system is shipped fully built, filled, and tested, then packed and sent on a fully insured pallet delivery.

This minimises movement, reduces risk, and ensures it arrives exactly as it left our workshop.

No draining. No rebuilding. Plug in and go.

4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship across the UK and Europe. Your Renegade will be delivered fully built, tested, and secured on a fully insured pallet, so it arrives exactly as it left our workshop.

For locations further afield, we may recommend a trusted system builder closer to you. It’s not about saying no, it’s about making sure you get the best possible experience from day one.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED SUPPORT OR MAINTENANCE?

You’re not on your own once it ships. We provide ongoing support, guidance, and advice to help you get the most out of your system.

For watercooled systems, we can talk you through maintenance or handle it for you if you’d prefer to send it back.

Think of it less like buying a PC… and more like having a builder on call.
