Valheim is genuinely a fantastic open-world, survival crafting game set in Norse lore. With enaging combat, deep crafting and base-building mechanics with challenging boss fights. It's well worth giving a shot. Especially since it's so cheap and with overwhelmingly postive reviews from players

The map is gargantuan in size! According to calculations by players, the map size is around 312km^2. 
It takes ~4 hours and 41 minutes to walk from edge to edge.

The map contains different biomes, such as meadows, black forest, swamp, mountains, plains, mistlands, deep north, ashlands, and ocean, each with their own resources, enemies, and secrets. The map is also circular, which means that if you sail to the edge of the world, you can actually fall off and die! 

Absolutely! However, these are completely user-created and officially unsupported by the developers. 
Mods for Valheim can adjust difficulty settings, make traversing the massive map easier, and even add additional content to give the game further replayability. 
Our current favourite is Bigger Item Stack by sixfyle over on Nexus Mods. It lets items stack up to higher amounts as it can be a bit tedious to manage so many items and storage chest's in the later portions of the game.
